One of our favorite things to do is share low-carb recipes with friends, family and fellow members of our health and wellness group! We know gatherings — especially those coming up for the holidays — can be a real temptation for people who are trying to lose weight or just stay healthy.
At our recent team retreat, attendees brought some AMAZING low-carb goodies! And, we even had catered meals that followed the guidelines of our program! It’s so great that our system has a meal plan that you can follow even when you’re on the go or at a gathering!
