More than 80 people participated in our 7-Day Water Challenge in our Live WELL community!

The goal was to drink half your body weight in ounces of water (up to a gallon) every day of the challenge. Many participants used our products like Complete Collagen, Complete Prebiotic, Spryng, Trimstix, Xypstix and Cardio to help reach their water goal!

Here are some tips participants shared to help give others ideas on how to get all your water in:

  • Water bottle that had the ounces on it! — Lakin
  • I used a water bottle that had the ounces on it and took it everywhere I went. Also took 3 bottles of water with me when I went to town. Added my favorite Pink Lemonade Trimstix! — Carla
  • I keep water in my fridge and have cold water at the ready to refill my cup! — Nicky
  • I kept two 1-gallon jugs of water in the fridge and refilled my cup out of the jug. I always take my 32-ounce cup with me full and the jug so I can refill. — Kim
  • Labeled 24-ounce water bottle and Hydration app. — Shawna
  • I love flavored water, but I usually just keep a cup of water close to me! — Lexie
  • I take 4/5 16-ounce water bottles, put them in the freezer and take them to work with me. Three I just drink plan water and two I put Trimstix, Spryng and Watermelon Collagen. It’s very hot in Texas so these icy drinks are very refreshing! Plus, having to be accountable helped! It’s easy to get busy during the day and forget to drink enough to stay hydrated. — South
  • I use the big 64-ounce jug and fill twice and always take water with me if go somewhere. I used fresh lemons also. — Alicia

  • I pre fill water bottles from my home to take with me throughout the day so that I know for sure I am meeting my goal. Also, I flavor my water with Walmart brand liquid water flavoring. — Christy
  • I use a 64-ounce jug when at work try to have that drank by 12-1 and love my 32-ounce Yeti with a straw for after work at home. The straw seems to help me drink more at home since I struggle to drink enough in the afternoons. — Alishcia

  • I carry a bottle of water with me when I walk in the morning so I get off to a good start. I traded between my ROTC water bottle and my insulated cup daily. I will add lemon, lime or orange slice to my water to mix it up to get me drinking it when it plain ole water bores me plus it aides as a natural diuretic. (Cucumber works, too.) I use a Trimstix once a day usually in the afternoon to finish my daily intake off! — Jan
  • First bottle is my Collagen next I add flavor drops, then Trimstix back to flavor drops I drink 5 20-ounce bottles through the day and I like a Gatorade Zero in the evening. — Michelle
  • Being held accountable by this group kept me on schedule. Used 32-ounce water bottle and used lemon, flavoring drop and Trimstix to mix it up so didn’t get bored. — Karen
  • I put a pitcher of water in my fridge, and it has helped tremendously because it’s cold doesn’t melt my ice and I know I have to drink it all to be finished! — Vicki

  • I measured out my water — 16 ounces at a time — and kept written track of the ounces. Before, I would just wing it and was not sure. I drank cool water — not cold — with ice. Mixed with the Watermelon Collagen! Although I like water anyway. — Bonnie

  • I used my Fitbit app to log water. I also used Trimstix and Zippfizz to flavor my water. — Irene
  • I use Stur flavoring. I also have a water bottle I keep in the fridge that has times marked on it to remind me to refill my mug. — Jean
  • I bought a gallon size water bottle that has times marked on it. It really helps me see if I’m running behind on drinking. — Crystal
  • I put 5/6 water bottles on my bar each morning and when I drink all of them I know I have drank the water for the day! — Judy
  • I have a bottle in my car at work and at home so I always have my water!! Plus they stay cold, which helps. — Melinda
  • I always have a bottle of water with me (sometimes two). I  prefer my cold. I love my Trimstix and Collagen added to my water and also nibbling on a Resist helps me drink more water. This challenge was great and I loved the chart to help me track my water bottles!!! — Tonya
  • Carry your water with you wherever you go and sip it constantly and you would not believe how much you can drink in a day!! I like mine with lots of ice in my favorite RTIC 30-ounce cup. It keeps it cold all day especially in this hot weather!! — Bette
  • Start early in the day and make sure you hit certain levels throughout the day so you aren’t saving it all for the evening. — Lana
