They say it takes 21 days to form a habit … so why not test the theory to create a HEALTHY habit?! In our 21-Day Healthy Habit Challenge, pick at least one healthy habit you want to implement, and track your progress along the way!
The healthy habit is totally subjective — it could be related to your physical, mental, emotional, financial or spiritual health or anything in between (see examples below)! And, your habit can take as little as 5 minutes — the important part is just deciding what to focus on!
The challenge runs Sept. 7-27. We’ll post tips about forming habits and will do some accountability check-in posts for GIVEAWAYS! It’s FREE to participate!
Daily healthy habit examples:
- Exercise
- Drink a gallon of water
- Eat breakfast
- Stick to a nutrition plan
- Avoid eating out
- No late-night snacking
- Stretch
- Write in a journal
- Read a book chapter
- Listen to a podcast
- Declutter
- Make your bed
- Go to bed at a set time
- No unnecessary spending
- Limit screentime
