March MUSCLE Madness is making a return to help people tone up and get ready for shorts, tanks and swimsuit season!
All the exercises will be able to be done at home with limited equipment and, best of all, it’s FREE … for ANYONE no matter your fitness level! If you haven’t worked out since high school or just finished a marathon last week … these workouts are for all fitness levels! The challenge is March 1-15. There will be daily workouts Monday through Friday, and the workouts on the weekend will be themed or game-related so you can add in your family if you want!
March MUSCLE Madness is going to be led by Erica Daniels! She’s not a personal trainer but does have a background in fitness. She’s an average mom who we can relate to and feel comfortable with who won’t ridicule us but instead work with us to become the best version of ourselves! Plus, there’s even gonna be prizes!
