In May, we’re launching Couch to 5K virtual training in our Live WELL community! We’ll lay out a seven-week plan with workouts four days a week that will have you ready to tackle a 5K in June!

There will be prizes along the way, and all 5K participants will take home a MEDAL! Even if you prefer to walk vs run, we’d love to have you join us! Invite your friends, too!
