We’re bringing back our popular No Sugar Challenge after Halloween, but with a twist! π«π¬π
This time, the challenge will only be FIVE days — Monday through Friday (Nov. 4-8) — making it even more doable! Letβs keep our scales from getting the best of us and avoid feeling like crud because of too many holiday sweets! π
There will be tips and accountability via text and our Live Well Facebook group, so no one will miss out!
