Ready to get outside and enjoy the warmer weather?! Been thinking about doing a 5K but need help with training and staying accountable?! We recently launched Couch to 5K virtual training in our Live WELL community group, and it’s not too late to get signed up!

The training is based on a seven-week plan with workouts four days a week that will have you ready to tackle a 5K in June! There will be prizes along the way, and all 5K participants will take home something special!
