I made another one of Lakin’s favs while she was home from college on fall break! These protein bars using Xyngular’s Vanilla Lean are an oldie but a goodie!

Lakin made these as a 4-H project once upon a time … Reserve Grand Champion at the Douglas County Fair when she was 8, and then after we moved it got a top purple at the Miami County Fair when she was 9!

Sooooo yummy and nutritious!! Only four ingredients and no cooking involved so it’s quick and simple to make, too!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cup honey
  • 5 scoops Xyngular Vanilla Lean
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Mix peanut butter and honey.
  2. Microwave for 90 seconds.
  3. Add protein powder and mix.
  4. Add rolled oats and mix.
  5. Spread in 9×13 pan. Refrigerate one hour. Cut into squares.
