GINGERBREAD LEAN SHAKE
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Lean Salted Caramel
- 1/2 tsp. of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Gingerbread Spice Mix
OR- 1 pinch (1/8 tsp.) each
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Cloves
- Nutmeg
- 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- Ice as desired
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle or blender, and mix until well combined.
CARAMEL APPLE LEAN SHAKE
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Lean Salted Caramel
- 1 tsp. sugar-free caramel syrup
- 8 oz. apple cider
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
- Ice as desired
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle or blender, and mix until well combined.
CARAMEL LEAN-UCCINO
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Lean Salted Caramel
- 8 oz. preferred mix of unsweetened almond milk and black coffee (cooled).
- 1 tsp. sugar-free caramel syrup (optional)
- Ice as desired.
