Melanie Reser is our latest team member to earn our company’s Xtreme Builder Bonus!
Melanie joined the team in April and made it to Manager that same month. She went on to become a Silver Manager in May and earned the Xtreme Builder Bonus in June for reaching 10,000 points in volume in her first 45 days with the company.
“The products and the opportunity to pay for the products without adding another bill really attracted me to this business,” Melanie said.
Melanie lives in Rossville, Kansas, with her husband of 18 years and four children, Bronc, 16; Dali, 14; Colt, 8; and Roan, 3. She teaches third grade, and her husband is also a teacher. Her children are active in rodeo, and her family has a commercial cow and calf operation.
She said the coaching and support surprised her the most about this business.
“I have been a part of other direct sale businesses and NEVER seen the support and coaching like we have,” she said. “I was able to pay for my products almost before I had them!”
Melanie’s business goals are to continue to build a great team and help her team members reach new ranks.
