I am stoked about the 30-day exercise challenge — March MUSCLE Madness — we kicked off on March 1! There’s still time to join in on the fun!

You can do the exercises at home in 20 minutes or less with limited equipment and, best of all, it’s FREE … for ANYONE at all fitness levels … bad knees … bad backs … those who are already fit and in shape … and those who are just getting started! 

It’s designed to help us tone up and gain muscle and is being led by a woman I know who is a total health and fitness buff!! She’s not a personal trainer, rather an average mom who we can relate to and feel comfortable with who won’t ridicule us but instead work with us to become the best version of ourselves!! It’s all online with a group of people supporting each other and keeping each other accountable, and there’s even gonna be prizes!! Say what?!!
