The new Xyngular backoffice and shopping experience is here! That means it’s time to get logged in to your account if you haven’t already done so!
Here’s how:
- First, check your inbox! You should have received an email from member.service@xyngular.com with a temporary password to let you log in.
- If you don’t have that email yet, go to xbo.xyngular.com and use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password and access your account.
- If none of the above works, contact Member Service.
Some final reminders:
- Once you’re in, your profile settings might not immediately update. If you update any profile settings (an email address, for example), those updates might not show up immediately. Don’t worry — your field has still been updated. Try refreshing to verify.
- Some reports might not be available immediately. We’re working around the clock, but some data is still being transferred.
- If you’re feeling lost, watch the tutorial videos. We’ll gradually add more to the list, so check back frequently.
