Pumpkin pie — love it or hate it — it’s a traditional part of the fall season!
Now, even though pumpkin IS a vegetable, pumpkin pie is definitely not a salad. 😉 Which got us thinking, how do you get that pumpkin pie flavor WITHOUT the guilt?!
Introducing the pumpkin pie Lean protein shake!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups ice
- 8 ounces almond milk
- 1 scoop Lean Vanilla
- 2 drops vanilla extract/flavoring
- 1-2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 1 low-fat graham cracker
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add ingredients in the order listed to your blender.
- Covering with lid, blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Pour into glass or shaker bottle. Best enjoyed immediately.
