Pumpkin pie — love it or hate it — it’s a traditional part of the fall season!

Now, even though pumpkin IS a vegetable, pumpkin pie is definitely not a salad. 😉 Which got us thinking, how do you get that pumpkin pie flavor WITHOUT the guilt?!

Introducing the pumpkin pie Lean protein shake!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups ice
  • 8 ounces almond milk
  • 1 scoop Lean Vanilla
  • 2 drops vanilla extract/flavoring
  • 1-2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 1 low-fat graham cracker

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add ingredients in the order listed to your blender.
  • Covering with lid, blend until smooth and well-combined.
  • Pour into glass or shaker bottle. Best enjoyed immediately.
