What an INCREDIBLE weekend!!! My teammate, Amy Potter, and I hosted a team retreat for some of our biz partners. We rented an Airbnb on a private lake just a couple miles from my home outside of Louisburg, Kansas. We learned. We were inspired. We made new friends and spent time with old friends. We had fun!!
Thank you to my small town of Louisburg for offering sooo much for my out-of-town guests!! We kept all of our spending local, and I was able to share a little of our small-town magic with my colleagues, some who came from as far away as South Dakota and Houston!!
We ate amazing meals from Timbercreek Louisburg, Miss B’s Cafe, Louisburg Barbeque & Brews and the Miami County Country Club. We enjoyed spending time at Cedar Cove Feline Conservatory & Education Center and Louisburg Cider Mill!! The Miami County Trolley picked us up right at my front door, and we had an incredible time at Somerset Ridge Vineyard and Winery, NightHawk Winery and Isinglass Estate.
We shared low-carb and keto desserts and snacks. We hiked beautiful eastern Kansas trails. We had a private craft beer tasting from Servaes Brewing Co. We did a fun white elephant gift exchange, had gift bags printed from Partners Print & Copy and made/shared our dream boards. We went to a bonfire at John and Patty Dowty’s house. We gave team awards. Learned from each other. Shared laughs and shared tears. We shared our dreams and toasted to our goals!!!
It was four days that were amazing!!! Thank you to all my X family who came and made memories with us!! Now, let’s lock arms and go out and crush your health and financial goals and help change a lot of lives!!!
