Trish Linscott was just a girl who wanted to lose some weight and fit into her skinny jeans.

Trish says the secret is belief. “In knowing you are worth it and knowing you can achieve it. Be consistent. Put in the work. And help others do the same. It’s not always easy, but it really is that simple. We are all in this crazy ride of life together.”
